Food is a serious activity over here, and I wanted to share all the yummy recipes we have collected and created with all of you.
I decided to make this site for a few reasons.
Lack of a good online Recipe App
Every time i cook, I flip thru old scraps of paper, lug around big bulky cookbooks, or scroll through websites which is no easy task while cooking. I serached high and low for a good app that I can add all my own recipes, and be able to call them up 1-2-3 when I was ready to start preparing. My search came back empty, and so, Chez Ghozland was born.
Now, my goal in cooking is 2 fold.
Prepare amazingly delish meals & Not to become 200 lbs.
So, in my cooking approach, I try to make every meal a healthy one. Taking great recipes and adapting them to be healthy or simply creating my own. The recipes found on these pages are 99% healthy, but there are a few that are DEFINITELY not, I will make sure to point those out
Most of my friends and family are always asking for me to send
them recipes. So now, I have one place they can all come and
get them online. (OK, so i’m kinda lazy like that, and I selfishly
put them here so I dont have to dig them up all the time)
